Product description

Silver often stands in the shade of gold, but wrongly. The clever investors understand its undisputed benefits and dedicate a special place in their portfolios to it. Therefore the world banks and mints issue silver purely investment coins. The Czech Republic have never had such mintages, so the Czech Mint introduces its own investment coins called "Czech lion", which were issued in foreign license.

The state symbols reflect the character of the state and nature of its nation. Such are Czech attributes. Although many people do not think so, we have a history that we can really be proud of. The Czechs were always a powerful nation therefore their symbol was first a flaming eagle, and later they received the sign of a powerful two-tailed lion for their courage. They were devout and worshiped their ancestors, especially St. Wenceslas, who became their patron, and Charles IV, nicknamed Father of the Fatherland. They became famous for great ideas and extraordinary skills that admire the whole world, for example, in the form of crown jewels dominated by the St. Wenceslas crown.

All these symbols and virtues appear on the reverse side of the silver coin, which are the St. Wenceslas crown made by Charles IV., the flaming St. Wenceslas eagle on a riveted shield and especially a remarkably realistic Czech lion. The art form of the mintage is the work of the deceased artist Jaroslav Bejvl. Unfortunately, he did not finish his work, so Asamat Baltaev, DiS, continued. The obverse side of the investment coin of the Czech Mint belongs to a foreign licensor  which is the island of Niue together with its attributes in the form of the name and portrait of Emperor Elizabeth II, the year of the issue 2018 and the nominal value of 80 DOLLARS (NZD).

A monumental mintage will enrich your investment portfolio with one kilogram of pure silver and patriotism.

Why is the Czech Lion coin exceptional?
  • It is the first coin to meet the global recognized investment standards "bullion coin" minted in the Czech Republic
  • The favorable price of the coin does not take into account collectible, artistic or historical value – however, it does not mean that the coin does not have it
  • The price of the coin depends primarily on the spot price of gold and is exempt from VAT
  • The coin is easily tradeable, among other things thanks to redemption
  • Its weight is equal to tenfold the amount of the troy ounce
  • Easily recognizable motif of the coin has a strong link to the Czech Republic
