An exclusive silver coin struck by the Canadian Royal Mint in 2012. A dragon and a water lily blossom, and clouds in the background, are depicted on the reverse of the wave-like shaped coin which symbolizes the movement of a dragon. The obverse side features the traditional portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and inscriptions "15 DOLLARS", "ELIZABETH II", "CANADA" and the year of issue.

The coin is delivered in a luxury box together with the certificate of origin. It was issued in a limited edition of  48 888 pieces for the whole world.
