Elisabeth Richeza (or Richenza), original name Richeza (Rixa) Piastovna, Ryksa Elżbieta (born 1 September 1288 in Poznaň – died18 October 1335 in Staré Brno) was a Czech and Polish queen, second wife of Wenceslas II and Rudolph Habsburg. She was the one and only woman in Czech history to become a queen twice at the side of two kings.

The obverse side of the medal features the portrait of queen Elisabeth Richeza.

On the reverse side queen-widow Elisabeth is depicted sitting on the throne, with coat-of-arms at the sides and text in Latin: “Elisabeth – By God’s will Czech and Polish queen” in the circumscription. Two Czech lions and two probably Polish eagles are placed diagonally in the corners of a stylized Gothic framework encircling the throne and the queen.
