Movie Walk of Fame

On September 22, a new tile was added to the film walk of fame in front of the P. O. Hviezdoslava Theater in Bratislava. Do you know whose name she bore?

Yes, it is master Juraj Jakubisko. Few people have left a more significant mark on Slovak cinematography than the native of Kojšov in Spiš. The wife of poor Mr. Jakubiska, actress Deana Horváthová, the author of the idea of the Walk of Fame, Mária Reháková, and ex-colleagues Jaroslav Moravčík and Zita Furková were not absent at the ceremonial unveiling.

For this occasion, we also produced a silver medal with the likeness of the legendary director, the only one of its kind. Thanks for your work, master!
