Product description
The oldest rune alphabet contains 24 characters. One of them is the Ingwaz rune, whose power is demonstrated by one troy ounce of pure silver.
The runes of the ancient Germans could be compared to the alphabet, but these characters were not only used to write heroic sagas or skaldic verses. Norse legend says that Odin, the highest of the gods, sacrificed an eye to gain infinite wisdom, part of which was rune magic. This magic was then harnessed by humans who carved the runes into wood, bones, stone or metal. With their help, they were able to tell the future, heal and fulfill all kinds of wishes... Each character has a different power, with the Ingwaz rune symbolising growth. It brings peace, inner strength and prepares the wearer for transformation.
The pure silver rune has a patina and colour that only UV light can reveal. Each specimen also bears an individual number and the brand name of the Germania Mint.
The packaging takes the form of a stylish pouch.
