You can pick up the ordered goods free of charge in our shops:

If orders were picked-up, we would require payment in advance. The order is processed at the company's headquarters after receiving the payment and then sent to a specific shop. As soon as the goods are delivered to the shop, we will send you request for a pick-up by e-mail.
Your shipment will be stored for 14 working days in the shop. It is possible to extend this period after individual arrangement with the employees of a specific shop by phone or e-mail. If the goods are not picked up within the time, they will be returned to the company's headquarters and then sent by post to the specified address, at the customer's expense.
When handing over the goods, you will be asked to show your identity card. This identification primarily protects you - our customers - and ensures that prepaid goods are handed over only to the person who actually ordered them. If you wish to hand over your goods to a third party, state the name and date of birth of that person in the order note or inform the specific shop by e-mail. Without your consent and the necessary identification, the goods will not be released to a third party.
When you receive the goods, please check the product and its packaging. In case of any discrepancy, do not accept the goods. The accepted goods are then considered perfect and later complaints will not be accepted.
Czech Post
We send orders exclusively by the Czech Post, which is the only carrier in the Czech Republic that delivers goods made of precious metals and insures the ordered goods in the full extent. Valuable letters and valuable packages are insured against loss or damage in the amount of up to 1,000,000 CZK.
Czech Post guarantees delivery of the consignment throughout the Czech Republic on the next working day after dispatch. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from us with the delivery number of the shipment and you can expect the delivery the next working day.
Please check that the security envelope is intact before accepting the shipment. In case of any damage, it is possible to assume the loss or damage of the goods - such a consignment must be complained to the Czech Post. If the shipment is not visibly damaged and you discover the damaged or missing goods after unpacking, please contact us as soon as possible, up to 14 days after receipt of the shipment. Later claims will not be taken into account.
If the courier does not reach you or a member of your family, your consignment will be stored at the delivery post office. You can then pick up the shipment during the storage period, which is 15 days. At the request of the addressee, the storage period can be extended up to 30 days.
You can choose the delivery to your own hands. In this case, the courier may only deliver the consignment to your person or your agent. If the addressee is a legal entity, then the consignment may be delivered only to an authorized person.
For security reasons, shipments in value over 150,000 CZK are not handed over to couriers. Such consignments are stored at the post office and will be handed over only after identification (presentation of an identity card) exclusively to the addressee.
If you do not wish the goods to be delivered to your address, but you want to store them at the post office, where you will then pick them up, state instead of the street and its number only POSTE RESTANTE. Pattern:

If the shipment was not delivered or in case of other issues, please contact Czech Post directly or our customer support.
Storage of goods
If you do not want to store the gold at home, we will store your goods in the safe of the Czech Mint.
Only gold products that have been purchased from the Czech Mint can be stored - ingots, coins and medals without excessive packaging (gift blisters, collector's books, etc.).
After a previous order, you can come to see your gold.
Upon request, we will prepare your gold to be picked up personally or we will send it to you by post.
If you are interested in this service, you can arrange it after registration in the personal administration of your customer account.
