Another rare collector item

For the international Collector Fair Czech Mint has issued a unique square medal – the second in a series – resembling with its shape and finish a postal stamp. The novelty was presented at the 2011 fair in Prague, where Czech Mint had its exhibition stand as every year. The obverse side of this year’s medal features Prague’s architectural gem – the Petřín tower – and the name of the Czech capital Prague in Czech, English and German on one side and the name of the issuer – Czech Mint – on the other. On the reverse side we can see the name of the fair in three languages “Sběratel, Collector, Sammler Fair“ and dates of the fair: 6.–8. 9. 2012. The medal has a reeded edge; it is sold in a transparent gift case together with a postal stamp and stamp of the Czech Post Office.

Limited edition 500 pcs.
