The set of silver medals depicting historic sites was designed by Miloš Lukáš.

The designer drew inspiration for motifs on the obverse sides of the medals from Mikoláš Aleš illustrations of Old Czech Legends by Alois Jirásek.

Říp – forefather Čech looking up to the Říp hill,  with text “Praotec Čech – Říp“.

Blaník – the knights of Blaník in the mythical rocks of the Blaník hill, with St. Wenceslas’ eagle in the back and text “Blaničtí rytíři – Blaník“.

Radhošť – the statue of God Radegast, which stands on Radhošt, complemented with pagan gods and text “Radegast – Radhošť“.

Vyšehrad – Princess Libuše  fortels fame and glory to the town of Prague from the Vyšehrad hill. Text: “Libušino proroctví – Vyšehrad“.
