The two-ounce silver coin with the motif of the goddess Fortuna is an artistic and technical unique as well as a good luck charm.

Some people believe that everyone is the creator of his or her own happiness, which is the result of wise life choices and takes the form of a joyful and lasting sense of fulfillment. Then there are those who expect happiness to come to them from outside - randomly and often undeservedly, depending on the whims of the universe or some other higher power. For the ancient Romans, such a power was Fortuna. The goddess of luck, chance and success gives as quickly as she takes - to soldiers on the battlefield, to peasants in the field and to parents keeping house. She symbolizes the unpredictability of human fate, and when things don't go our way, there's no point in getting angry with her. Even adverse circumstances can eventually lead us to success...

The reverse side of the coin presents a debauched Fortuna wearing gilded attributes - leaning on the wheel of destiny and on her lap is a cornucopia of golden nuggets. The richly decorated obverse side is then dedicated to the necessary attributes of the issuer of the coin, which is the island of Niue - it bears its national emblem, the nominal value of 5 DOLLARS (NZD) and the year of issue 2023. All this is displayed in high relief embellished with patina.
