Product description

Are you looking for an original attention for the newlyweds? Give them the wedding thaler from the Czech Mint. It is a commemorative medal of pure silver wishing them functional marriage as a watch in their upcoming life.

The first mechanical clockwork, a triumph of human sophistication originated in the year 850, has become not only a symbol of regularity and fluency but also of flawlessness and reliability. It consists of a number of components including toothed small wheels, shafts and springs that form a unique functional unit without which we can no longer imagine our lives. And that's a good marriage if the partners like the gears fit in, complement each other, rely on themselves, lean on each other, carry their weight together, and move forward together.

That is the idea of a talented medal maker Roman Shamilyan, who has prepared a new form of wedding thaler for 2018. The gears dominate both the obverse and the reverse side of the medal. In their middle there are symbols of love and happiness in the form of hearts and four leaf clover. Other pictograms of the house, tree and pram go back to the old saying, "Build a house, plant a tree and father a son." The obverse side is complemented by the inscription WEDDING THALER 2018.

Each thaler includes a gift packaging that is in the form of a folding bookcase with a wrapper. It includes space for inscribing wedding day data and wedding photography.
